America, Here Is Your Ultimate 6 Step Time Management System That Will Enable You To Control Your Day And Be More Proficient, Professional, Productive And Successful
One of the biggest problems that most people throughout the world have on a daily basis is that the Day Controls Them as opposed to their Controlling The Day. When people allow the day to control them as a result of immediately responding to things like phone calls, emails, text messages, faxes, and other outside distractions they will never be able to perform their various Procedures (job functions) at their maximum level of proficiency, professionalism, productivity, and success. The solution I found that enabled me to: 1) Control The Day, and 2) reach my maximum level of proficiency, professionalism, productivity, and success was to learn how to create, adopt, and implement an excellent Time Management System.

Time Management Can Increase Productivity

My 6 Step Time Management System

I would like to share with you the 6 Step Time Management System that I created, adopted, and implemented over the years and that has enabled me to virtually control every hour of every day and under my terms and conditions as opposed to someone else’s. Now here’s my 6 Step Time Management System that will enable people to Control The Day as opposed to the Day Controlling Them.
 

Step #1:   I  Obtained A Detailed Calendar Book.

The Calendar Book that I used over the years and still do is Week At A Glance

Step #2:   I Listed My Major Job Functions

I listed my Major Job Functions on the inside front cover of my Calendar Book.

Step #3:   I Assigned Colors To Each Major Job Function

I assigned and highlighted each Major Job Function with a different color using Magic Markers on the inside front cover of my Calendar Book so that I would never forget what my Major Job Functions were and what color I had assigned to each one of them.

Step #4:   I Determined When To Perform Each Major Job Function

I determined when I would perform each Major Job Function using common sense and logic. Accomplishing this enabled me to Know exactly when I would be performing each one of my Major Job Functions on a daily basis.
 

Step #5:   I Highlighted My Calendar Book

I highlighted my Calendar Book with Blocks Of Color, either filled in or outlined, on specific days and at specific hours as to when each one of my Major Job Function would be performed. Accomplishing this enabled me to See exactly when I would be performing each one of my Major Job Functions on a daily basis.   
 

Step #6:   I Performed My Job Functions

I then did as NIKE says, “Just Do It”. I did not, under any circumstances, unless absolutely necessary, deviate or procrastinate from performing my various Major and Miscellaneous Job Functions from their scheduled times.
 

Calendar Book Or Computer Program Time Management System Doesn’t Matter

It really doesn’t matter whether a person uses a Calendar Book or Computer to create, adopt, and implement an excellent Time Management System. What does matter is that an excellent Time Management System will not only enable people to Control The Day a lot better, but it will also enable them to reach their maximum level of proficiency, professionalism, productivity, and success much faster.
