America, Will We Experience A Double-Dip Recession?
First of all, America is experiencing the start of its Second Great Depression, not another Recession. Therefore, the term “double-dip recession” is not even an accurate one. In order to be accurate, it would mean that America was in a Recession and that some time after late 2004 and early 2005 the U.S. real estate market and overall economy, after taking substantial downturns, either stabilized or improved. At no time since late 2004 and early 2005 have the U.S. real estate market and overall economy stabilized or improved. Since then, they have both continually deteriorated very badly and very quickly. This is evidenced by the fact that all 6 Fundamentals of the U.S. economy have continued to substantially decrease since then.
Many Americans have been tricked by our government, so-called economic experts, and the media into believing that the U.S. real estate market and overall economy have improved as the result of billions of dollars in government stimulus money being injected into our real estate market and overall economy bloodstreams. But, they have been fooled, and here’s why. Just like morphine injected into a patient, who has terminal cancer, can give the false illusion that the patient is getting better, the same holds true for the injection of stimulus money into the U.S. real estate market and overall economy. After the morphine (stimulus money) wears off, the patient (our economy) still has 3 Problems.
Problem #1: The patient will be back in pain.
Problem #2: The patient still has terminal cancer.
Problem #3: The patient is still going to die.
